ARTS LIVE @ USM

Get ready for an afternoon of the arts!  I am so excited to be participating in the first ever ARTS LIVE @ USM event on Sunday, April 13th from 1:00- 3:30 in the afternoon.  This will be a great opportunity to view art in many different forms, from dance, to drama to music and the visual arts.  Our hallways will be filled with student art in a variety of mediums and our gyms will be filled with the sweet sounds of music!  Don't forget to visit the Middle School dining room where Kohls Cares is sponsoring many different hands on art activities.  To get you even more excited, I thought I would share my latest Smilebox showcasing binder assignment #6.  Students were asked to create a drawing that represented their favorite fine art or a combination of the fine arts.  I hope you enjoy these colorful works of art and I look forward to seeing you art our event on Sunday!
