Food, Glorious Food!

It wasn't until recently that I discovered the catchy song, Food, Glorious Food, thanks to my own kiddos and their love of the Ice Age movies. Originally from the musical Oliver Twist, this song was the perfect accompaniment for our latest art binder assignment, "Order Up."  Students were encouraged to photograph one of their meals throughout the day, and then draw it. I loved looking at all the different types of food and I especially enjoyed the detail included in their drawings.  Some students submitted their food photos for extra credit so I included it into the Smilebox presentation.  You'll be hungry after watching this one!
